Mun Quan
A visitor to this website read of my interest (9/24/09) in the work of the artist,
Mun Quan who lived in Jacksonville, Florida in the '60s. He owns 2 examples
of Mun Quan's water colors and was kind enough to send me these 2 photos.

I really know very little about Mun Quan. Someone once told me that he made
his living as a microbiologist, and I've been told he taught painting at
Jacksonville University. I had the pleasure of attending one of his lectures
that included a slide show of his work in the late '60s. It made a lasting
impression on me.
